Refund Policy

At Nourish by Darcy & Co, we want you to love every product you purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with a straightforward return and refund process. Below are the details of our refund policy, designed to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  • Unused and Unopened Products: We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase. To qualify for a refund, products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and unopened.

  • Opened Products: We understand that sometimes you may need to try the product. If you've opened the product, we still accept refunds under certain circumstances. Please contact us directly at Darcy.Co@dco.llc for further assistance, as refunds for opened products will be reviewed and processed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will offer a full refund or exchange and may request photos or further information to process your claim.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable.

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please email us at Darcy.Co@dco.llc with your order number and reason for the return.

  • For defective or damaged products, we will provide you with a return shipping label. For other returns, we will provide you with instructions for returning your product.

4. Refund Process

  • After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

5. Exchanges

  • If you would prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we are happy to assist in swapping your product for a similar or alternative product of equal value. The item must still be unopened, unused, and meet the eligibility requirements.

6. Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at Darcy.Co@dco.llc. Cancellations are only accepted if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once shipped, the order is subject to our return policy.

7. Holiday and Special Circumstances

  • During holiday seasons, we understand the importance of gift-giving and want to make sure you’re satisfied with your purchase.
